Millennium Tower Almost Sold Out

I predicted that Millennium Tower would sell out this year, and it looks like I was pretty close to being accurate. I got an email from the sales office this morning that they have only 40 homes remaining, from a total of about 419.

While I haven’t spoken with the sales office directly about remaining availability, my experience is that they’ve got homes left in the Grand Residences and also the City Residences.

The city residences are a bit more whimsical than the tower residences, featuring a 1+ floor plan that has been used in a variety of incredibly creative ways. The layout is very open and “loft-esque” with large windows through-out the residence. My only critique of the City Residences is that the elevators for the mid-rise feel as slow as molasses when compared to the elevators for the Residences or Grand Residences.

The Grand Residences tend to be larger homes, with at least two bedrooms. Depending on their location in the building, there are either 4 or 6 residences per floor in the Grand Residences, down from the typical 9 homes per floor you find in the Residences on the lower levels of the tower.

Everyone that we have represented in a purchase at the Millennium has been incredibly satisfied with the building service and amenities, and the resale market in the building has been pretty brisk as well, with most homes going into contract fairly quickly. If you have questions about The Millennium Tower or another new development, don’t hesitate to get in touch or leave a comment below. We are happy to answer any and all questions about the building, neighborhood or upcoming developments in the neighborhood.
