257 – 265 Dorland St is a five unit development project in the Castro neighborhood. The project consists of three condominiums at the front of the lot and a cottage at the rear of the lot with two townhome style condos. Dorland is a one-block, one-way street that runs from Church to Sanchez between 18th and 17th streets.

The homes vary significantly in size and price. The smallest homes are the 263 and 265 Dorland, which are the two condos at the back of the lot. Each has a deeded patio at the front of the home, an open living/dining/kitchen layout with 1/2 bath on the main level, and then an upstairs level with two bedrooms and two full baths (one en-suite). Pricing for these homes will start in the mid to upper $800,000 range.
257 Dorland is located at the rear of the front building and offers a lower level with a very large deeded patio that is off of the open living/dining/kitchen on the lower level of the condo. This level also has a 1/2 bath. On the upper level of 257 Dorland you’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms with one en-suite.
259 and 261 Dorland are the largest homes in the development, each with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Both also have several outdoor spaces and have beautiful deeded roof decks, with views to either downtown or twin peaks depending on which home you are in. The finishes are phenomenal, with master baths that feature beautiful soaking tubs and a separate and very large stall shower, along with a double vanity.
