1645 Pacific will be sold by the developer.
Overview of 1645 Pacific:
The site of a former auto repair shop and parking garage, 1645 Pacific is being developed into a six-story condominium building housing 39 homes ranging in size from junior-one bedroom homes to three bedroom homes, with most homes having two bedrooms. Depending upon their location in the building, some homes will have exclusive-use outdoor space. There will also be three ground-floor commercial spaces. The former parking garage was demolished and the facade of the new building will incorporate a portion of the former auto repair shop.
1645 Pacific Construction Schedule:
Construction in nearing completion and is estimated to be complete in June of 2014. Occupancy projected for Summer of 2014.
Pricing for 1645 Pacific:
Not yet released, expect pricing in the $1,250/square foot range
1645 Pacific Parking:
All homes will have parking. Parking is provided by a mechanical stacker for all homes in the building with the exception of the penthouse homes. The mechanical stacker will accommodate “average” size vehicles, but not large SUVs or other large vehicles.
Amenities and Finishes for 1645 Pacific:
An attended lobby with a concierge/doorman, shared roof deck and landscaped rear patio will be available to all building residents. The building was also built for LEED certification.
The homes feature recessed lighting, generous ceiling heights, hardwood floors in the living areas, and individual central air-conditioning and heat for each home.
The kitchens are beautifully appointed with Carrera marble countertops, Thermador, Bertazzoni, and Bosch appliances, and externally vented range hoods.

The developer is fulfilling the city’s requirement for affordable housing by providing five below-market-rate homes onsite.
