The south side of the development faces Cornwall Street, while the north side faces California Street and the east side faces 4th Ave. The west side is built up against existing homes. The most recent neighborhood development was another set of infill condos at 2900 Fulton St., which were originally sold in 2011 as Park Modern.
These homes are a few blocks north of Fulton, north of Geary, but not quite north of California, so they don’t fall in the Lake District. That said, if you are interested in these condo homes you will find yourself much closer to The Presidio than Golden Gate Park. Which is a good thing, because from what I understand, these homes will not have outdoor space.
